Q: What is the total cost of your online training courses?
A: With no hidden costs, we offer 12 months unlimited access to our full library of online training courses for £99 OR $149.

Q: How many of your online courses do I receive access to?
A: Once registered and we have received the full payment of £99 OR $149, you will receive unlimited access to our ever-increasing online course library.

Q: Who processes the credit / debit card payments on your website?
A: Our secure online payment system is controlled via WorldPay, a worldwide leader in online credit / debit card payments. With a payment guarantee and easy step-by-step directions, we believe we have the safest and most efficient online payment system available.

Q: Which credit / debit cards do you accept as payment for unlimited access to your online training?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Euro Card, JCB (£), Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron and Visa affiliated cards.

Q: Are there any additional costs to the £99 OR $149 annual fee?
A: With no additional costs we offer 12 months unlimited access to our ever-increasing online course library for £99 OR $149.

Q: Why are there two different payment amounts of Pounds Sterling and US Dollars?
A: The amount in Pounds Sterling is the cost for people from within the EU (Europe Union) and the amount in US Dollars is the cost for people outside the EU.

Q: Why is the cost in Pounds Sterling more than the cost in US Dollars?
A: The cost in Pounds Sterling is subject to VAT at 17.5% and therefore is slightly higher than the cost in US Dollars.

Q: What other currencies do you accept apart from Pounds Sterling and US Dollars?
A: We can also accept payment in Euros, Australian Dollars and Canadian Dollars. You can select any of these currencies by selecting the currency when you are on the online ‘payment processing’ page.

Q: What happens when my 12 months membership expires?
A: When your 12 months membership is about to expire you will receive an email detailing the procedure for renewing your membership for a further 12 months. To ensure security we do not store any of our member's credit / debit card details and therefore you would be required to re-enter your credit / debit card details in order to renew your membership. (We never automatically renew our training memberships.)

Q: What other payment methods are available, apart from paying online with a credit / debit card?
A: We accept payment from an individual by cheque, postal / money order or bankers draft. You can send us your payment directly via the mail or courier and once cleared you will receive a username and password for 12 months unlimited access to our ever-increasing online training course library. Q: Can my company fund my training?
A: Many companies worldwide are now actively using our online training course library as low cost high benefit resource centre. The flexibility of our product has given companies and employees a greater scope for internal development in a highly cost effective manner. We accept payment from companies via a faxed or mailed Purchase Order and can develop a multi-user package developed for your organisation requirements. Q: Do you offer group discounts if my company pays for multiple memberships?
A: We offer discounts for group memberships, starting with a minimum group of ten people. By purchasing a 12 month group membership a company enjoys the discounted price and the benefit of a more skilled, motivated and efficient workforce. For further information regarding a group membership please email us with your enquiry including the number of memberships required and we will be happy to return you a quote for the cost.

Q: Do you offer discounts or scholarships for individual training memberships?
A: Sadly we are not able to offer any further discounts on individual training memberships due to the large discounts already in place.
